1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Keeku mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2 Use of the App
Keeku is a skincare companion app designed to help users build personalized routines, track skin progress, and explore products. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of the App
- You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
3 Medical Disclaimer
Important: Keeku is not a medical application. The information, routines, and product recommendations provided within the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for any skin concerns.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Keeku and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5 User Content
When you upload photos, logs, or other content to the App, you grant Keeku a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. We will not sell your personal content to third parties.
6 Subscriptions & Payments
Keeku may offer premium features via subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keeku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
